Why are the products cheaper on this website than on the EBay auctions?

Simply put... because we don't have to pay for the EBay fees every time a customer purchases from our auctions, we get to lower the prices for our customers here on the website.

Will this fit in my aftermarket exhaust system?

Yes! But in some reported cases, the sounds aftermarket systems produce can dramatically effect the functionability of the whistler. The whistlers were designed with stock muffler pipes in mind and then later the Size D whistler was created for various large diameter pipes such as those found in trucks and some aftermarket systems. We highly recommend purchasing this whistler only if you are sure the diameter of your aftermarket system muffler tip/pipe is no bigger than 3 inches in diameter.

Will this whistler require cleaning or maintenance?

Yes, but not really! It is good practice to clean not only the whistler but everything on the car. As you would clean your car or truck every once in awhile, we recommend treating your whistler the same way. We ask that customers detach (whistlers are made detachable) the whistler once in awhile (3000 miles or every oil change) in order to clean out the whistler portion of the whistler. With good care, your whistler should provide many months of enjoyment.

What's this whistler made of?

Whistlers are all CNC aluminum designed which provides for a rust-free, easy-to-clean, reusable fun. Detach them and install them on all your rides!

Does the whistler blow off like a blow off valve?

Yes and no. Some customers have said that under hard acceleration and hard shifts, they heard a sort of backpressure emit a sound like a mini "pfffffssshhh." Although I have not yet personally experienced this in my automatic Prelude I have to take customer words for it.  I do not guarantee the blow off sound but I can promise a turbo spool up sound.

Do you have a sound clip of the turbo whistler in action?

Yes! It can be downloaded here in mp3 format: Sent in by a customer who drove a 1992 Honda Accord. Please keep in mind that depending on your year, make, and model you should achieve different and better turbo spool up sounds!
